The online check-in facility allows passengers to check-in within 2 - 48 hours before the flight departure time. Only ticket reference number and last name are required for online check-in. This facility not only helps you beat queues at the airport but also lets you access various additional services.

SriLankan Airlines Cancellation/Refund Policy

As per the cancellation policy, it’s not necessary to cancel tickets due to a change of plans regarding travel dates/routes. These changes can be done prior to five before the flight’s departure time. For most tickets, no penalty is charged for the first change before travel. Only the applicable fare difference has to be paid. To avoid a higher ‘No Show’ penalty, a refund request should be submitted five hours before the flight. Also, subject to certain terms and conditions, SriLankan Airlines accepts cancellation and refund requests for bookings made within the last 24 hours from the time of the request.

A. The extra baggage charge depends upon the origin and destination. It is levied on a per kg basis and ranges from US$ 10 to 65.
