Royal Air Maroc

Royal Air Maroc, popularly known as RAM is the national airline of Morocco and is wholly owned by the Moroccan Government. Launched in June 1957 Royal Air Maroc uses the Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport as its hub. The airline has a huge domestic and regional network spanning Africa and Morocco. Additionally, Royal Air Maroc also operates services to Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas. The airline has a mixed fleet of turboprop, narrow-body, and wide-body aircraft. Royal Air Maroc joined the Oneworld alliance in 2020 and has codeshare agreements with numerous airlines, including Saudia, Kenya Airways, and Turkish Airlines.

Royal Air Maroc Checked Baggage Allowance

The standard weight of checked baggage must not exceed 32 kg in Business Class and 23 kg in Economy Class. Also, the dimensions must not exceed 203 cm.

Royal Air Maroc Carry-on Baggage

The maximum weight for the carry-on baggage is 10 kg and the dimensions should be within 115 cm. Additionally, passengers may carry medicines, laptops and personal documents, etc.

Online check-in helps avoid queues at the airport and this facility is available from 48 hours to 60 minutes before the flight’s estimated departure time. For international flights, passengers need to check in 48 hours to 2 hours before the flight.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For flights to and from the US, Royal Air Maroc refunds the fare without any penalty, if the ticket is canceled within 24 hours of booking and the reservation is for a flight scheduled to depart at least after 168 hours (seven days).
