Nesma Airlines, an Egypt-based carrier, officially started operations in 2007. The airline operates as a full-service carrier on international routes and is a member of Saudi Arabia’s Nesma Group. Nesma also operates scheduled international regional flights and regional flights within Saudi Arabia. Its fleet consists of the Airbus A320 and A319 aircraft. Nesma is well known for its catering services and offers a fine choice of vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food. The airline has its headquarters in Jeddah, with hubs at Cairo International Airport, Hail Airport, and King Abdulaziz International Airport.

The online check-in facility is available from 24 to 4 hours before the scheduled departure time. This facility is only available for travelers carrying e-tickets and with confirmed reservations. Airport check-in requires one to arrive at least 3 hours in advance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Nesma Airlines charges 50% of ticket base fare as a cancellation charge if the ticket is canceled less than 24 hours before the flight.
• If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the flight’s departure, 30% of the ticket’s base fare is charged as a cancellation fee.
• Nesma Airlines also levies a penalty of 200 Saudi Riyals for ticket reissue/flight change less than 24 hours before the flight’s departure time.
• The penalty drops down to 50 Saudi Riyals if the ticket reissue/flight change is done more than 24 hours before departure.
