Kuwait's second national airline, Jazeera Airways, is based in Kuwait City. The airline serves the Middle East, Nepal, Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, and Europe, with its headquarters in Kuwait International Airport. Airbus A320-200, A320neo, and A321neo aircraft are among the aircraft in the fleet. In addition, it is the Middle East's first non-government-owned airline. Check-in Baggage Allowance
Economy Class passengers get a check-in baggage allowance of two pieces with dimensions not exceeding 158 cm and weight not exceeding 32 kg for each bag. To carry additional bags above the allowance limit for weight, piece, or size, travellers need to pay an extra baggage price at the check-in counter.
Business Class passengers flying to or from Cairo may carry three pieces, weighing up to 60 kg overall. No single checked-in baggage should weigh over 32 kg and the dimensions should not exceed 158 cm. Additional baggage allowance may be bought at the check-in counter.
Cabin Baggage Allowance
The cabin baggage allowance for economy class travellers is one piece, weighing up to 7 kg, and the dimensions should be within 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm.
For Business Class travellers flying to or from Cairo, the cabin baggage allowance is three pieces, weighing up to a total of 15 kg. The dimensions of each bag should be 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm.
Infant Baggage Allowance
There is no check-in baggage allowance for infants. Economy Class passengers travelling with infants may carry an additional piece of hand baggage weighing up to 10 kg. The dimensions of this baggage should be the same as other cabin baggage.
Excess Baggage Allowance
The check-in baggage allowance is 0 to 30 kg for Economy and this depends upon the type of fare purchased by the passenger. In Business Class, the limit is 50 kg, and also 60 kg for certain flights. If you have extra baggage and want an excess baggage allowance, you may buy the same by selecting the Travel Extras option under the Manage Booking section of the official website.
Jazeera Airways PNR Status Check
Follow these steps to check the PNR status of your EgyptAir flight.

3. Under the ‘Getting to the Airport’ option, click on 'Flight Status'
4. Enter your flight routes (From and to) and the date of travel
5. Click on the 'Search flight status' option and proceed.

You may do an online check-in or web check-in within 24 hours before the departure time of your flight.

Jazeera Airways Airport Check-In
To check in from the airport, it’s advisable to reach at least 90 minutes before the flight’s departure time. Jazeera Airways also has special self-service kiosks, exclusively for its passengers at the Jazeera Terminal 5 of Kuwait International Airport. This is Jazeera’s own terminal.
JazeeraAirways Cancellation and Refund Policy
Flight cancellation for Regular Economy Light Class is available up to 24 hours before the departure time. As far as refund policy goes, only applicable taxes are refunded. The remaining balance is held in credit for a year and may be used by the booking holder.
For Jazeera Regular Economy Value Class, online flight cancellation is available up to 24 hours before departure time. The fee is KWD 30.000 (or equivalent) per sector per guest. Partial cancellations are permitted only through Jazeera Airways offices and entail a deduction of 70% of the total or one-way fare of the flown sector (whichever is higher) + 30.000 KWD (or equivalent) fee per sector per Guest. The remaining balance is held in credit for a year and may be used by the booking holder.
For Jazeera Regular Economy Extra Class Fare passengers, the flight cancellation window is eight hours before the scheduled departure time and the other flight cancellation rules are the same as for Jazeera Regular Economy Value Class.
Online flight cancellation facility for Business Class is available up to three hours before scheduled departure time, with a charge of KWD 30.00 per sector per Guest. The partial cancellation rules are the same as for Jazeera Regular Economy Extra Class Fare and Jazeera Regular Economy Value Class, along with any applicable fee per sector per Guest.
