Air Arabia Airport Check-In

Air Arabia Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can cancel your reservation by going online, calling Air Arabia's callcenter, or visiting one of the sales offices or partner travel agencies. This process will require your reservation number, and a cancellation fee will be charged.
If you have a Basic Fare, you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. However, if you selected Flexi, you will be allowed to cancel up to 8 hours before the scheduled departure time without incurring any cancellation fees.
Air Arabia does not have a refund policy; instead, the amount you have paid will be retained in Air Arabia Credit after deducting the cancellation charges and all other applied charges.
