To check the PNR status of your flight, follow the steps given below:

• Go to the official website of Air Arabia
• Click on the ‘Manage’ tab and select flight status from the dropdown box
• Enter your departure and destination and the date of travel
• Click on check details and proceed.

Air Arabia Airport Check-In

The majority of Air Arabia destinations allow passengers to check-in online.

To check in, follow the steps given below:

• Go to the official website of Air Arabia
• Click on the ‘Check-in’ tab
• Select check-in online option
• Enter the reservation number, departure airport and date of travel
• Click on find booking and proceed.

If you're flying out of Sharjah, you'll have 36 hours to check-in online. If you're flying out of a different airport, you can check-in online up to 24 hours before your flight.

Air Arabia Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your reservation by going online, calling Air Arabia's callcenter, or visiting one of the sales offices or partner travel agencies. This process will require your reservation number, and a cancellation fee will be charged.

If you have a Basic Fare, you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. However, if you selected Flexi, you will be allowed to cancel up to 8 hours before the scheduled departure time without incurring any cancellation fees.

Air Arabia does not have a refund policy; instead, the amount you have paid will be retained in Air Arabia Credit after deducting the cancellation charges and all other applied charges.
